The PV has FINALLY been released on Dohhh Up! so when I saw the Hello! Online announcement on Twitter I was all over it like a rash. This is a truly amazing PV and a welcome breath of fresh air as it deviates from the ’same old same old’ style that the majority of us Morning Musume fans have come to tolerate with every release. I’m not very good at reviewing PV’s so I’m not going to bother with this one so as such I hope you don’t expect that. Well…it’s not that I’m no good at writing reviews, it’s that if I’m going to put a lot of time and effort in to giving my thoughts about something I like to use high quality screen caps (from ISO’s) but by the time those files are available everyone and their dog have written up their thoughts. No Eri included as I still really dislike her hair <_< I have a horrible feeling she’s going to keep the current style for a very long time which might actually knock her down my ranking a few places. Yep…I do find her incredibly funny and she does have a sexy body but physical attraction (which in my case is influenced quite a lot by hairstyle) does actually play a big part when it comes to my fandom. Especially now that we no longer have a regular outlet for them to project their personalities on i.e. no more TV shows. Sorry Eri but Jun Jun may have taken your 3rd place spot…
So this single gets released in 10 days time and for collection reasons I’ve ordered all versions apart from the Single V. Limited A comes with the ‘Dance Shot Version’ which I always enjoy watching. Limited B with the ‘Close Up Version’ which I hope are the parts in front of the disco ball as they are awesome and remind me of Pepper Keibu (love that song / PV). Finally, Limited C comes with the ‘Make Up Version’ which could be a little boring. I was hoping that the ‘Make Up’ parts were going to be like Berryz Kobo’s Munasawagi Scarlet where they are applying it themselves but they’re not T_T It’s tolerable in small doses (like what’s currently in the PV) but I can see myself getting tired of watching a whole 4 minutes of random peoples hands applying make up to the members whilst they sing in to the mirror. Especially because I know I’m gonna keep staring at that large mole on the hand who applies Ai’s make up <_< I could be wrong though, and I could end up being pleasantly surprised. We’ll see…

EDIT: I just saw some photos of Morning Musume arriving in China earlier today (for the Chinese New Year show) and Eri seems to have dyed her hair a darker brown! This could quite possibly save her from dropping down my ranking as it’s a much better colour then the ghastly orange it was before although I’m still not entirely sure and will need to wait for better photos / video. Come on Aho!

I was a geek and downloaded it as soon as they put it for Y525 on the keitai site. It was love at first watch. It just makes all of them look so cool.
And my JJ *drool*. I feel bad cuz I never got around to writing her a birthday letter and now it’s too late to send to my friend by this weekend (well it isn’t but I have no time to write tomorrow morning).
Oh man, if I could download the PV’s before they get released mainstream I would as well. Damn you!!! I have to agree with you – all of them (including Aika) look fantastic. I don’t think I’ve seen a Morning Musume PV where I can honestly say that there isn’t anything I dislike.
Regarding Jun Jun’s letter, could you not just write a small simple note? Sometimes less is more so I think you still have a chance of getting something of significance to her. Go on…DO IT!

Yes, agreed that everyone looked super duperly sexy in this PV except you-know-who. I think the make-up versions of the PV have bits where they are looking at the mirror/singing so you probably wont have to worry about seeing random hands for 4 minutes. Funny enough, i ordered the exact opposite of your order. Single V coz i thought the Original PV was prefect, you get even doses of each version esp. this single =P.
Yeah, I think I am the only person who doesn’t like Eri’s current hairstyle. I remember Risako doing something similar last year or the year before (it was before Eri) and I was like “URGH, I hope she grows that out / stops styling it like that soon as it’s no nice!” Little did I know that Eri would go and do the same <_< Such a shame really because Eri has some very nice…assets to her person but I just can't get past the hair at the minute @_@
I never buy Single V's yet I don't know why. That's a lie actually! I bought the Pepper Keibu Single V because I was so in love with the song I wanted to collect all versions of the release, plus I've just recently bought The Manpower!!! Single V for the extra card which completes the set that came with the Limited Edition version of the single. I won't open any of the OMNI copies I get which is probably why I didn't order the Single V. In fact, I'm kinda not sure why I ordered all 4 versions in the first place. Just had a crazy moment me thinks. Something which I need to stop!!!
OMG I am the same about Eri in this pv. she did nothing for me at all. She barely changes her pose and has that 0.O look on her face the whole time and I got bored of her. Plus I hate her current hair :(

I didnt buy a copy of the single yet becasue it hasnt fully grown on me. I have it and the Bside on repeat on my ipod so hopefully I’ll buy it soon. It will prolly be the RE though becasue I love how they are surrounding Ai^^

I am keeping these singles for collection purposes. I really don’t know why I’ve started doing this as I don’t get as much pleasure from the CD’s as I do from DVD’s and photos / merchandise. If the next single doesn’t appeal to me I’ll probably just buy one copy so I’m still doing my bit for the group. I really want the poster that goes with this song but alas, I’m on a spending ban. The sad thing is Ai and Eri used to be joint 2nd with one taking precedence over the other at certain times. Now she’s just fallen way behind. I expect she’ll claw her way back up at some point but I can see it being hard for her to surpass Sayumi. Seriously, Sayu has grown on me so much since I met her in person, she’s like a sexy sweaty leech <3

Eri used to be much higher but lately she has just been annoying me. I think it maybe the hairstlye too. At first I thought it was the color but now seeing her with the darker brown I still don’t like it.I would rather have nmore Risa lines than Eri ones. haha Same for me. Sayu used to be veyr low on my lists but now seeing her do more things….made me just love her ^^ haha She also stood out to me the most [after ai and risa] in the new pv. It seemed to me that she was the center for the dance. _< But prices have gone up for HSUSA. So I might even have to save longer. haha
