Oooh…how cool would it be to have an ‘Ai-chan Says Buy It’ t-shirt in the style of a Frankie Goes To Hollywood ‘Frankie Says Relax’ one, but with the Final Fantasy XIII logo on the back?! I should get some made – along with some fliers – then walk round my local city on the release date hounding people to buy the game.

Maybe I can persuade sonofgodzilla to help me with this (^_^) Oh, hang on…maybe I could set-up a multi city attack by roping in other UK Wota *rubs chin* Or maybe I can just pull my finger out and finish my Koharu graduation post which I’m currently stuck on and thus stalling by writing stuff like this…

I haven’t watched this yet so I can’t give any detailed information on it although I am downloading it in HQ for screencaping purposes ^^ I did find this pretty cool gif on Hello! Online which features Ai-chan’s victory move after winning a battle…

…so I’m gonna make sure I do this after every battle I win in the game!!! I just wonder what she looks like when she repeatedly looses battles lol. I wonder if she gets so angry that she contemplates throwing the controller at the TV like I usually do… *hoho*
「Fellow Japanophile and Final Fantasy geek」 sonofgodzilla and I are thinking about buying the Japanese version of this game even though the pair of us have limited Japanese skills and neither of us own a PS3! Crazy? Maybe, but who cares? *shrug* One thing we are definitely going to buy is some ‘Elixer’ (Final Fantasy XIII themed soda) which is pretty darn awesome if you ask me! Prepare for a taste test post once it arrives!!!
If I’m correct there’s two Hello! Project girls who have a keen love for video games – Yaguchi Mari and Takahashi Ai – but whereas Mari likes most games, Ai’s love seems to mainly involve the Final Fantasy franchise. She’s mentioned a number of times that she loves the games – her favourite is Final Fantasy X – so it’s no surprise that with the release of Final Fantasy XIII Ai-chan has been featured in some interviews about it. One of those interviews is here:

Morning Musume recently recorded a new version of Renai Revolution 21 for a Nissin Cup Noodle commercial. Unfortunately they didn’t actually feature in the commercial – that was left to a group of Sumo Wrestlers (or actors) – but there has been some photos of Ai, Risa, Sayumi and Jun Jun released from the studio.
At the moment you can only watch the commercial here, but I bet someone will put it up on You Tube soon. My only wish now is that they film another version with the members of Morning Musume in. It’s about time they got to do a commercial again as those Pocky ones were awesome.

Oh, whilst I was away they ‘Making Of’ was released. Old news now, but here it is in any case ^^
If anyone’s wondering, I haven’t given up on blogging about my Japan trip – I’ve just been busy with work. I will hopefully update with Day 06 tomorrow, but until then I’ve found some photos from the Ai and Risa Dinner Show. These were taken by zorrander and although they’re blurry they show the distance we were away from the main stage, and how close we were to the secondary smaller stage. These were taken whilst he was sat at our table ^^

These will be added to the main Day 02 post along with another one off of my phone, but I just wanted to make sure people didn’t miss them. I will also update the original post as I did actually do something touristy during the morning of the 22nd *slaps self*. This post will be deleted after I’ve updated the other one ^^
My Japanese is non existent, so when I cap TV shows or DVD's and blog about them everything I write is just my interpretation of what is going on. I am going by body language, pitch of voice and general facial expressions as to me it's more fun this way. Please do not take what I write as the absolute truth ^^
Screen Caps
Unless otherwise stated, all screen caps were captured by me. It takes me roughly twice the length of the video itself to get all the caps I desire (because I'm thorough), then I spend a long time sorting them and cropping off the black screen edges (because I'm anal). I do all this because I enjoy it and because I wish to share them with fellow fans, so I have absolutely no problem with people taking them and using them for whatever purpose they see fit. The only thing I do ask though, is that you don't pawn them off as your own!
